China International Commercial Legal Services Cooperation Conference
will be held in Beijing

With approval from the State Council of China, the second China (Beijing) International Fair for Trade in Services (“Beijing Fair” for short), jointly hosted by the State Ministry of Commerce and Beijing Municipal People's Government, will be held in Beijing International Conference Center from May 28 to June 1, 2013, aiming to become the most authoritative and influential integrated trading platform in the field of the global trade in services and the important channel of China's service industry "bringing in" and "going out".

During the second “Beijing Fair”, China International Commercial Legal Services Cooperation Conference (the “Conference”) will be jointly hosted by the All China Lawyers Association and China Association of Trade in Services, co-organized by the US-China Legal Exchange Foundation and supported by China Machinery Industry Federation, China National Textile and Apparel Council, China Trademark Association on May 28 and May 29, 2013. This Conference is an integrated part of the second “Beijing Fair” and will bring together about 350 executives/representatives from Ministry of Commerce of P.R.C, Ministry of Justice of P.R.C, provincial judicial authorities, provincial lawyers association, Chinese and world renowned enterprises, as well as international and Chinese law firms and media. The theme of the conference is to “develop international commercial legal services and promote enterprises globalization”. The conference program consists of presentations, specific group discussions, case study and networking. UCLEF Was Invited to Co-organize China International Commercial  Legal Services Cooperation Conference

During the second Beijing Fair, China International Commercial Legal Services Cooperation Conference (the “Conference”) will be jointly hosted by the All China Lawyers Association and China Association of Trade in Services, co-organized by the US-China Legal Exchange Foundation and supported by China Machinery Industry Federation, China National Textile and Apparel Council, China Trademark Association on May 28, 2013. The Conference will be followed by US-China Commercial Legal Services Cooperation Conference (the “US-China Session” of the Conference) in the morning of May 29, 2013, as well as Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Session and Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Mainland China Session in the afternoon of May 29, 2013.
