By June 18, 2009, all the Chinese lawyers who will participate in the 2009 UCLEF Chinese Lawyers Advanced Training Program in the United States have obtained their visas to the United States successfully. The success rate of the visa applications was one hundred percent.

In order to ensure that every lawyer get the visa smoothly, UCLEF held a visa application counseling meeting and answered questions of those lawyers who will go to the United States for this training program, before they applied for the visas. Each of the lawyers carefully prepared their visa application documents and interview materials, following "the Visa Application Guidelines" provided by UCLEF. According to the response of these lawyers, the visa officers completely approved the significance of this training program, and showed their great trust and respect to the participants. Consequently, the process of the visa applications was very successful.

As the training time coincides with the outbreak of the H1N1 flu, UCLEF expresses a profound respect to every lawyer for their professional spirit to participate in the training.
