On September 3, 2010, the publishing press conference on Trust Law & Practice and the 4th International Conference on Trust Law were held in Beijing. The Conference was jointly sponsored by the Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation (Japan), the China Financial & Economic Publishing House, the Research Center for Trust and Trust Law at the Central South University, co-sponsored by the Chinese Trustee Association, and co-organized by the US-China Legal Exchange Foundation (UCLEF) as well as the Beijing Trust-for-Fortune Financial Consultant Co. The President of the US-China Legal Exchange Foundation (UCLEF), Ms. Huachun Dong was invited to attend the Forum.

The honorary president of the US-China Legal Exchange Foundation (UCLEF), the draft work team leader of the Trust Law of China, Mr. Lianzhou Wang, the managing vice president of the Chinese Trustee Association, Ms. Lijuan Wang, and the president of the China Financial & Economic Publishing House, Mr. Jie Jia, attended the forum and delivered important speeches on the reviews of and outlook at China trust industry's general development.

The managing director of the Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation (Japan), Mr. Matsuda, and the chief representative at Beijing Representative Office of Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation (Japan), Mr. Chi-Cheng Chen, delivered the keynote addresses on the practice and legal issues of trust in Japan.

The vice president of the China Jianyin Investment Group, the chairman of the China Zhongtou Trust Co., the former director of the Non-bank Financial Institutions Supervision Department of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, Mr. Chuanjie Gao, the Chairman of the Zhongrong International Trust Co., Mr. Yang Liu, and the person in charge of the Huatai Capital Preparatory Group, Mr. Yi Liu, delivered keynote addresses on the practice of trust in China.

The vice president of the China Tax Law Research Association, the Director of the Research Center for Economic Law of Renmin University of China, Professor Mengzhou Xu, the vice president of the China Banking Law Research Association, the Director of the Research Center for Finance Law of China University of Political Science and Law, Professor Shaojun Liu, the associate dean of the Law School of Central South University, Yunliang Chen, and the translator of Trust Law & Practice, the director of the Research Center for Trust and Trust Law at the Central South University, Professor Junjian Zhang, made detailed analysis on the legal issues of trust industry in China.

President Huachun Dong was invited to deliver a speech. She introduced the legal issues of trust industry and trust law in the U.S. in details; specifically analyzed the legal challenges brought by the rapid development in the China's trust industry, and raised concrete suggestions on amending the China Trust Law. Ms. Dong's speech received positive feedbacks from the attendees.

Elites from the trust industry as well as the academic industry all over the world gathered together at the Forum, including the managing director of the Asia Business Finance Bank and Asia Business Investment Group, Ms. Ruiru Li. It shows our country's accomplishment in the international exchange on trust. It is a great experience exchange prior to the celebration of the 10th anniversary of implementing the China Trust Law.
